close 571337 thanks On Thu, Feb 25, 2010 at 5:16 PM, Lucas Nussbaum <lu...@lucas-nussbaum.net> wrote: > clone 571337 -1 > reassign -1 libarchive-dev 2.8.0-1 > retitle -1 libarchive-dev: missing dependency on liblzma-dev > block 571337 by -1 > block 571387 by -1 > thanks
This is meaningless. It implies that there still is a bug in my package, when there is none. As soon as libarchive is fixed, this "bug" disappears. No upload or change from my side is necessary, hence the "close" command above. This should have been a plain reassign with severity serious on the grounds that it breaks building depending packages. > Your build chroot seems to be slightly out of date. > You were building against an older version of libarchive-dev than the > one currently available on ia64. > > Update your chroot, you should see the same issue. I dutifully did so before replying. It's likely the new libarchive hadn't hit my local mirror. -- Thibaut VARENE http://www.parisc-linux.org/~varenet/ -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-bugs-rc-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of "unsubscribe".
