I've tested this preseeding, and it do not seem to work (even when
fixing the typo ("portmap/portmap/loopback" -> "portmap portmap/loopback")
in it). I suspect this is a problem in the portmap package, but have
not investigated why the preseeding fail.
With the preseeding in place, the content of /etc/default/portmap
still make portmap fail to listen on all interfaces.
