dbconfig fails to detect database software, will see 
"/usr/share/dbconfig-common/dpkg/config: line 113: [: missing `]'" during config
of software using dbconfig, followed by an abort/retry/ignore screen. 

Fixed by adding `] || [` on line 113 where `||` was.

Occurred after fresh upgrade from lenny to squeeze, installing
zabbix-server-mysql 1.8.1
