Package: neutrino
Version: 0.8.4-2
Severity: serious
Justification: fails to build from source

neutrino failed to build on a sparc buildd. It did build on my sparc
pbuilder however. My guess is this may be due to a build-dependancy
that should be versioned and isn't.

Consider adjusting the PKG_CONFIG_PATH environment variable if you
installed software in a non-standard prefix.

Alternatively you may set the NJB_CFLAGS and NJB_LIBS environment variables
to avoid the need to call pkg-config. See the pkg-config man page for
more details.
