So I inspected the script and found FS_CONTROL="/etc/firestarter/firestarter.sh" [ -x /usr/sbin/firestarter ] || exit 0 [ -x $FS_CONTROL ] || exit 0 so I looked :- ~# ls -l /etc/firestarter/firestarter.sh ls: cannot access /etc/firestarter/firestarter.sh: No such file or directory -------------------------------------------------------- So /etc/firestarter/firestarter.sh was not present. Nor was it listed under dpkg -L firestarter. Also # ls -l /etc/firestarter/ total 4 -rw-r--r-- 1 root root 567 2009-08-15 13:08 non-routables Is there not supposed to be a configuration file there as well? But perhaps not until the first run? Anyway, as my first attempt to install firestarter, it fails completely.
