I did that already earlier because sun java networking was also broken
by this. So this was not the culprit.

the vino server is running on a Debian lenny box at my home. My bug
report refers to remmina on a Debian Squeeze installation on my laptop
, you will be able to connect to it, not
only with remmina, but with every available VNC client.
Other VNC clients run just fine.
