During a rebuild of all packages in sid, your package failed to build on
amd64.

About the archive rebuild: The rebuild was done on about 50 AMD64 nodes
of the Grid'5000 platform, using a clean chroot. Internet was not
accessible from the build systems.

I just noticed that I looked at stardict-tools but not at
src:stardict-tools bugs when adopting this package. Anyway this bug is
fixed in 3.0.1-2 release, because I was also hit by this, only
reference to this bug is missing in changelog.
