The version you talk about it's the one currently in debian, and it still uses gtk1.2. The last time I asked, the upstream author told me that the gkt2 interface was usable and that he could plan a release for that issue, but since there were some features in development I told him that I could wait. I think I'll wait until the end of december and then I'll ask them about a release. > As an aside, your package(s) seem(s) to be interesting for scientists, > so I'd like to invite you to join the Debian Science team. I currently have no strict needs for sponsors, but I really like the team concept. I think I'll probably join the team after learning to use git for debian packaging (still going with directories and tar archives, and without time to play with git, damned university!) :P ciao Riccardo
