This issue was discovered during package checks by my AM. I've brought it up with upstream, and their response consisted of "the exact same files exist in kdebase/nsplugins" - so I went to KDE upstream with the same issue, and got a single response_. So, no communication I've initiated has convinced me that we have (or anyone has) a license to distribute the files in question. That said, I could certainly be wrong and be asking the wrong people.
