I've had a few similar issues (like -lgfortran missing) in the same chroot for another package, and g++ and friends could be updated. I've given it back on the archs I'm responsible for, that should do the trick. You may want to keep an eye on the buildd status of your packages and possibly request give backs once the chroots are up-to-date. I'm lowering the severity since it's not really an FTBFS in the end, but still an important bug not to link using g++. Mraw, KiBi.
