Package: libconfig++8-dev
Version: 1.3.2-1
Severity: grave
Justification: renders package unusable

libconfig.h++ includes libconfig.h, which is in package libconfig8-dev

Therefore the C++ library must depend on the C-Library. or you'll get compiler
errors when acutally using it.
