Package: mozilla-plugin-gnash
Version: 0.8.4-2
Severity: serious
I am using gnash with iceweasel and it causes frequent crashes and freezes of
the browser. Based on a quick research on the internet I would say that this is
a well-known problem.
From my point of view, this software should never have been release with lenny
in such a state.
Please remove it from the stable distribution or replace it by a true stable
version.
Sorry to sound so harsh - I appreciate all your efforts to improve the
situation. I just feel that a user of debian stable should not feel like a
beta-tester.
Best regards,
Ralf

Marking the current version from testing as fixed, since it works fairly
well.
