  Does the policy requires that the dependency is direct ? My package
build-depends on texlive and texlive-generic-recommended, both of
them depends (directly or not) on tex-common.
  By the way, I will make an upload with this added build-dependency
(I prefer this solution than adding a lintian override). But I think
that lintian is wrong here. Perhaps, it should be fixed to also look
for indirect dependencies ? I cloned this bug so that lintian DD can
comment.
