What I can tell is: The Debian package alsa-source_1.0.21+dfsg-2 builds fine again so called vanilla (stock) kernels from http://www.kernel.org (2.6.3?). I didn't spend much debugging why it doesn't build against Debian 2.6.30, though. For that reason I continue to believe this is a bug in the whatever kernel-headers Debian packages.
