Yeah. Unfortunately that doesn't seem documented, either in Debian or
upstream. I guess -php5 remained during quite a while for
compatibility after php4 support got dropped, and finally got dropped
lately.

Yeah, tcl is quite a PITA to deal with. Seen that for other packages
as well, just did so for graphviz too.
