That means that you have to document yourself on dpkg-shlibdeps and on
symbols files.

You got the dependency from there via /var/lib/dpkg/info/libc6.symbols
and apparently bitlbee uses symbols which are supposed to be internal to
glibc (they have a version called GLIBC_PRIVATE).
