Hi, This problem is really due to a bug in PyQt 4.6. I've reported it to the PyQt developer, and it should be fixed in the next release.
Meanwhile, I (upstream) just released TreeLine 1.2.4, which includes a work-around that fixes this problem. It also fixes an uncommanded horizontal scrolling of the tree view.
