severity 549260 important thanks I'm unable to reproduce this in my test environment, so without more information, I assume it only affect users with some combination of packages with incorrect init.d script headers or is actually a problem with a different package. Because of this, I reduce the severity to important. Please provide output from the ls command I asked for, and check if the problem is the util-linux one.
