Good point, I just updated the manual in the enigma repository.

The "permission" is only an informal Email from Andrew Sega.  It covers
only distribution as long as proper credit is given.

This was good enough for me, but I don't know about the Debian policies
for artwork licenses.

At this point I think this is mainly a Debian issue, so maybe we simply
wait for an answer from Erich.
