Hi all, I can confirm this on an amd-64/sid with an ATI graphics card. Same messages as the other people reported. I tried to reinstall the packages of testingm with no success. Just to get X started, I added "vesa" as the driver, and X started.
But using "ati" or "radeon" is crashing with SEG 11. I myself am using a Nvidia graphic card, which is running perfectly (using the closed source driver). Well, using driver "nv", which is the open source driver, is working, too. IMO, this crash is mainly related to ATI-cards. Is there anyone, who confirm this bug on cards other than ATI cards?
