Justification: FTFBS

Hi,

I am now trying to run Debian on Renesas SH CPU(sh4).
ecryptfs-utils FTBFS on sh4.

When I built in the other architecture(i386), I became the same problem.

I made a patch to revise to be able to build.
Would you apply it?
