With the new version of libnetfilter-conntrack these functions seem to
have been removed entierly, and the build now fails:
l7-conntrack.cpp: In function 'int sprintf_conntrack_key(char*,

l7-conntrack.cpp:129: error: 'nfct_sprintf_protocol' was not declared in this
scope
...
That looks very bad.
*Lots* of code that l7-f-u relied on was removed from the library.
