Package: pidgin-data Version: 2.6.2-1~bpo50+1 Severity: grave Justification: renders package unusable
The present lenny-backports version of the pidgin-data package is 2.6.2-1~bpo50+1. However, the lenny-backports pidgin packages for all archs. but ia64 and powerpc (2.5.9-1~bpo50+1) have the followind pidgin-data version dependencies requirements: dep: pidgin-data (<< 2.5.9-z) [not ia64, powerpc] dep: pidgin-data (>= 2.5.9) [not ia64, powerpc] These dependencies can be met neither from lenny nor from lenny-backports. It is therefore impossible to install pidgin from lenny-backports at the moment. Until 2.6.2-1~bpo50+1 version of pidgin moves to lenny-backports, I think that version 2.5.9-1~bpo50+1 of pidgin-data should be made available for all these architectures.
