All I know is I did [UPGRADE] bash 4.0-4 -> 4.0-5 [UPGRADE] bash-doc 4.0-4 -> 4.0-5 no dash involved, and then $ ls /bin/sh ls: cannot access /bin/sh: No such file or directory
