retitle 544799 icu: FTBFS: fails to install html/search thanks The invalid `"' error from doxygen is a red herring here. The actual problem is that doxygen 3.6.1 creates a search directory of html, so ICU's install html/* is failing. I should be able to upload a patched version soon.
