Justification: renders package unusable
To work correctly, taxbird 0.12 requires libgeier 0.10.
However, package taxbird 0.12-1 only requires libgeier0 (>= 0.9).
With libgeier0 V0.9 taxbird runs, but data submission to the Finanzamt
fails (error msg: "Das exportierte Dokument konnte nicht validiert
werden").

Marking grave, as the whole point of taxbird is submitting tax data,
