You seem to have added a build-depedency on libc6-dev (>= 2.7-14) for some reason. I really doubt that you need a version build-dependency on that version, or even a build depedency at all. Note that libc6-dev is build-essential, and that the binary package is not named the same on all arches. For intance it's libc6.1-dev on alpha and ia64.
