Hi, ok, I didn't use this applet (because I doesn't use gnome), but because I will contribute to debian und this would be my first package, I would take it. So the NMU isn't necessary, because in this case I can upload a new release of this software.
So, would You send a RFH (request of help)/RFA (request of adoption), so I can help You by packaging the package or to take it.
