Package: python-numpy Version: 1:1.1.0-3 Severity: serious Justification: no longer builds from source
I think this bug may be related to #507746. When I try to build a package that includes libnumarray.h, the build fails because cfunc.h does not exist in /usr/lib/python2.5/site-packages/numpy/core/include/numpy. Here is the contents of the directory: [t...@metasequoia ~]$ cd /usr/lib/python2.5/site-packages/numpy/core/include/numpy/ [t...@metasequoia numpy]$ ls __multiarray_api.h ieeespecial.h npy_interrupt.h old_defines.h __ufunc_api.h libnumarray.h numcomplex.h oldnumeric.h arraybase.h multiarray_api.txt nummacro.h ufunc_api.txt arrayobject.h ndarrayobject.h numpycfunc.h ufuncobject.h arrayscalars.h noprefix.h numpyconfig.h [t...@metasequoia numpy]$ -- System Information: Debian Release: 5.0.2 APT prefers stable APT policy: (500, 'stable') Architecture: i386 (i686) Kernel: Linux 2.6.26.20090715.2 Locale: LANG=en_US.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=en_US.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/bash Versions of packages python-numpy depends on: ii libatlas3gf-base [liblapack. 3.6.0-22 Automatically Tuned Linear Algebra ii libblas3gf [libblas.so.3gf] 1.2-2 Basic Linear Algebra Subroutines 3 ii libc6 2.7-18 GNU C Library: Shared libraries ii libgcc1 1:4.3.2-1.1 GCC support library ii libgfortran3 4.3.2-1.1 Runtime library for GNU Fortran ap ii liblapack3gf [liblapack.so.3 3.1.1-1 library of linear algebra routines ii python 2.5.2-3 An interactive high-level object-o ii python-central 0.6.8 register and build utility for Pyt python-numpy recommends no packages.
