Both packages provide /usr/bin/grub-fstest and
/usr/share/man/man1/grub-fstest.1.gz. This is a reason to mark it as conflict.
If not then please remove it from one package. The second solutions seems
to be more correct as grub-pc depends on grub-common. If it is moved to
grub-common then please mark grub-pc <= 1.96+200907... as conflicts and replaces
in grub-common.
