OK. I've built it out of the chroot with libtool et al installed, and I got the failure too. The problem is that 16_armel-gnueabi.patch was patching configure, and then some autotools were ran during the build as they were outdated. I've fixed it by not patching configure in 16, and rerunning autoreconf in 90_autoreconf.patch. Cheers, Emilio
