For filezilla the reason is that the debian patch changes configure and configure.in, without any touch-magic to prevent regeneration of auto* files. If you do a testbuild on a system with libtool and automake installed ./configure will be rebuilt using the newest libtool.m4, however ltmain.sh stays at the old version since libtoolize is not invoked. cu andreas -- `What a good friend you are to him, Dr. Maturin.
