Package: bluez-gnome Version: 1.8-1 Severity: grave Justification: renders package unusable
Since I updated to the last bluez-gnome in order to re-enable the obex:// url in nautilus I can't send or receive files to/from devices. Browsing works, I can browse the files and delete and copy files from/to devices. The problem comes when I try to send a file via bluetooth-sendto, it asks for the file, asks for the device and then when it tries to send the file the transmission never starts and I must click "Cancel", and when I try to send a file from the device to the laptop the connection is refused. The device I'm testing with is a Nokia N95 and it is paired and I put a star to it (I guess that authorizes/trusts it). The bluetoth obex push option of nautilus-sendto has dissapeared as reported in bug #534538. I have also tried to establish connection laptop <-> desktop and it doesn't work. The desktop is not updated, so it is working fine (bluetooth obex option in nautilus-sendto, sends and receives files). When I try to send a file from the desktop to the laptop it says that the laptop does not support OBEX. And when I try to send a file from the laptop to the desktop is the same as with any other device, it keeps trying with no success. Both devices trust each other.
