thanks

Except for tdb_logging_function none of these symbols were ever intended to be
exported by upstream, and I'm not aware of any users. They were also
only enable when a particular configure flag was specified (which was
the case in the Debian package for a while before it was orphaned).

I'm planning to add a deprecated implementation of
tdb_logging_function upstream. Providing replacements for the spinlock
functions is pointless imo:

We're not aware of anybody still using spinlocks in tdb these days
(they've been removed upstream for 4 or 5 years now), other versions of tdb
(i.e. RedHats packaged tdb) won't be able to read files with spinlocks and
enabling them was a bug in the Debian package in the first place imo.
There would also be a nontrivial (couple of days) amount of work
required to reintegrate spinlock support back in and test it properly.
