Oh, well, kvm seems to be looking for header files but in a different
place to where the debian kernel headers packages stores them.  kvm and
the kernel headers packages should work together, no?

Anyhow, I got around the problem by installing kernel source and using
make-kpkg; that fixed the compile issue.
