Hi guys. A short note: After the change to eglibc I discovered segmentation faults in the gnome-chemistry-utils (with similar backtraces), which were solved by rebuilding the package. It *might* help to do the same here: rebuild fakeroot and all related dependencies and check, if the segmentation fault(s) still occur(s). This is really only a short in the dark. But maybe it helps.
