Package: bitlbee-dev Version: 1.2.3-1 Severity: serious bitlbee-dev is not binNMU-safe because it depends on the source version of bitlbee instead of the binary version. This really need to be fixed ASAP. (And by the way there are currently two other RC bugs open, both uncommented since three months.)
