Package: fglrx-driver
Version: 9-4-1
Severity: grave
Justification: renders package unusable

Hello,

When I'm trying to install this new release the installation never ended:

Unpacking fglrx-driver (from .../fglrx-driver_1%3a9-4-1_i386.deb) ...
Leaving `diversion of /usr/lib/xorg/modules/extensions/libdri.so to
/usr/lib/fglrx/diversions/libdri.so by fglrx-driver'
Adding `diversion of /usr/lib/xorg/modules/extensions/libglx.so to
/usr/lib/fglrx/diversions/libglx.so by fglrx-driver'
dpkg-divert: rename involves overwriting `/usr/lib/fglrx/diversions/libglx.so'
with
  different file `/usr/lib/xorg/modules/extensions/libglx.so', not allowed

dpkg: error processing /var/cache/apt/archives/fglrx-driver_1%3a9-4-1_i386.deb
(--unpack):
subprocess pre-installation script returned error exit status 2

After that failure the package is not installed nor removed:

$ ls /usr/lib/xorg/modules/extensions/libdri.so
ls: cannot access /usr/lib/xorg/modules/extensions/libdri.so: No such file or
directory

It is impossible to open a new window for any application.

Regards,

        Hi !

Apparently, this bug was due to a bad state of the files.

Hence, I can not reproduce, so closing...
