Package: argyll Version: 1.0.3+dfsg1-2 Severity: grave Justification: renders package unusable
When trying to install a profile I get the error shown below. Note that in order to get past Bug #524478, I compiled the package from the Argyll source. The results allowed me to run colprof to create the profile that I was attempting to load. Both the dispwin from the debian package and the freshly complied version produced the same error. The profile does seem to get at least partially loaded as indicated by the color change in my display. % dispwin -I VX922.icc X Error of failed request: BadValue (integer parameter out of range for operation) Major opcode of failed request: 158 (RANDR) Minor opcode of failed request: 13 () Value in failed request: 0x89 Serial number of failed request: 12 Current serial number in output stream: 14 -- System Information: Debian Release: 5.0 APT prefers jaunty-updates APT policy: (500, 'jaunty-updates'), (500, 'jaunty-security'), (500, 'jaunty') Architecture: amd64 (x86_64) Kernel: Linux 2.6.28-11-generic (SMP w/4 CPU cores) Locale: LANG=en_US.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=en_US.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/dash Versions of packages argyll depends on: ii libc6 2.9-4ubuntu6 GNU C Library: Shared libraries ii libtiff4 3.8.2-11 Tag Image File Format (TIFF) libra ii libusb-0.1-4 2:0.1.12-13 userspace USB programming library ii libx11-6 2:1.1.99.2-1ubuntu2 X11 client-side library ii libxext6 2:1.0.99.1-0ubuntu3 X11 miscellaneous extension librar ii libxinerama1 2:1.0.3-2 X11 Xinerama extension library ii libxrandr2 2:1.3.0-1build1 X11 RandR extension library ii libxss1 1:1.1.3-1 X11 Screen Saver extension library ii libxxf86vm1 1:1.0.2-1 X11 XFree86 video mode extension l ii policykit 0.9-2ubuntu1 framework for managing administrat ii udev 141-1.1 rule-based device node and kernel argyll recommends no packages. argyll suggests no packages. -- no debconf information -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-bugs-rc-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of "unsubscribe".
