Titleset VOBs other than the first are bogus, sometimes just copies of the first. For example, the md5sum of VTS_01_02.VOB (and VTS_01_03.VOB, ...) is could be the same as VTS_01_01.VOB . Playback obviously fails after the frist gig of video plays from VTS_01_01.VOB , which on a DVD-5 would feel like a quarter of the material (as previously reported). Anyway, I can't follow the code, but a change was made upstream that sounds like it may fix the problem.
