Yes, I have personally NMUed that last package, and it should reach testing soon after ftp-master.debian.org is back on-line, at which point t1lib-old will be removed. So, at least I don't *disagree* that the bug can be closed. :) OTOH, it seems incorrect to list 1.3.1-9 as the version that this bug was fixed in since 1.3.1-9 is the version still awaiting removal.
