As Ikiwiki uses python-support it needs to use ${python:Depends} to depend on
the right version of python-support. At the moment ikiwiki fails to install
in testing as it was built with python-support > 1.0. Also ikiwiki uses
/usr/sbin/update-python-modules in postinst, so it needs this dependency
anyway.
