cups is not directly affected by all the xpdf vulns, since it has used
the external pdftops from poppler/xpdf-utils since sarge (perhaps
even woody, I forgot).
1.3.10-1 in unstable fixes the two currently known cups vulns:
cups (1.3.10-1) unstable; urgency=medium

* New upstream security/bug fix release:
- The scheduler now protects against DNS rebinding attacks. Please note
that this could lead to some regressions. (CVE-2009-0164)
- Fixed TIFF integer overflow in image filters. (CVE-2009-0163)
[...]
The current security update in etch/lenny fixes the TIFF issue
(CVE-2009-0163), but not the DNS rebinding stuff (CVE-2009-0164),
since that could easily cause regressions and is a pretty dubious
and low-profile affair in the first place.
