Not for i386/amd64 apparently, see below.

You did see since when this patch is there?
And afair it only was needed at that time when statically linking with
liblpsolve55.a...

If that patch was needed until now, you can explain me why
openoffice.org-calc does not have a dependency on libcolamd-3.2.0 at all
on i386/amd64[1] even when it specified -lcolamd? Seems to be not needed then?
