Your package has a build-dependency on "libc6-dev (>= 2)". This makes no sense at all: - Not all arches have a package called libc6-dev - libc6-dev is build essential, you should not need to build depend on it unless you require a specific version. And the version you're build-depending on is "2". Version 2.1-1 was uploaded to unstable in Feb 1999.
