Great.  I prefer to not hard-code anything for temporary problems in the
libidn debian package, so this seems best.

Before uploading to unstable, I also need to sort out the lib vs java
section override for libidn11-java.  And there seems to be an old
build-dependency on autotools-dev in libidn which should probably be
removed, it doesn't seem to do anything useful.
