I think that can perfectly happen on a buildd.  If libkrb53 is
intalled in the chroot for whatever reason, it does not get
updated.  If then some build dependency depends on
libgssapi-krb5-2, that would get installed and removed, but
libkrb53 would still be present, and your files would be
missing.
