How have you come to idea that there is no source for gnapplet.sis? The
source is there (in contrib/symbian/gnapplet) and is licensed under GNU
GPL 2 or later.
The only problem with this is that it is not compiled from these
sources during build, but prebuilt binary is used instead, because
Debian does not contain cross gcc for arm. If you think this is a
problem, I can remove the binary from binary packages and point users
in README.Debian to download it from upstream website.
