I'm creating a tsconf package for the common files needed by libts0.0-0
for touchscreen support.

Whilst preparing that fix, I realised that the plugin directory is also
not safe for a future transition (and tslib will need a transition, if
only once upstream have a better handle on libtool versioning,
although possibly not until after Squeeze).

So, I'm thinking of migrating /usr/lib/ts/ to /usr/lib/ts0/ which
causes changes in the -dev package (relocating the .la files) and needs
testing. Wondering about dropping the .la files for the plugins
completely.

While I'm doing the testing of the actual touchscreen performance with
these changes, I'll test builds of directfb too but at the moment, I
don't see that directfb should be using the plugins directly.
