Thanks for your report. I am aware of the issue. It is Caret expecting
VTK 5.0 and not the recently uploaded 5.2.

However, uploading an (already prepared) package would make no sense
right now, since VTK is broken ATM:

More precisely, the vtk-dev package being version 5.2, while the libs on
most platforms are still version 5.0.

And looking at

it seems like yesterdays upload did not fix it.
